Welcome to Award Winning Cranleigh Sunflowers!

AGM Sunday 12th November 7.30pm, Park Mead Primary School
No running Sunday evening.  Run will take place Sunday morning instead, at 9am meeting outside Spar at Park Mead (due to Rememberance Parade).

Looking for a new challenge?
Let us help you believe that you can run!
Cranleigh Sunflowers is a group of women that started to jog and run around Cranleigh, guided and motivated by Lucy our Chairperson who is also a Personal Fitness Trainer. We are all at different levels of fitness but we all have the same goal which is to get fit and have fun.

Such is the strength of our group, that our members nominated us and we are delighted to have won England Athletics South East Run England Group Award 2012 and been runner up in Women's Running Magazine Group of the Year!
We were/are all beginner runners who meet at Cranleigh Leisure Centre at 7.30pm every Sunday (apart from bank holiday weekends), come rain or shine.  We also meet on Tuesdays and Fridays as well.  If you would like an hour of laughter and exercise, with support to get you running Cranleigh Sunflowers is for you.
If you choose to join us, we ask for a joining fee of £25.00 for the year - payable when you join - and each January thereafter.  This covers insurance and Membership of ARC (The Association of Running Clubs) and discounted entry fees to many national events.  Please note however, that you do run at your own risk.
Contact Us for more information.

If you would like to go further in the future or you are not a beginner at running, we would be happy to put you in touch with our friends at Cranleigh Tortoise and Hare Running Club.
